Games and entertainments concern to an ancient history. They reflect the life of each people. By the quantity of participants games and entertainments are quite different. In Middle Ages (XII-XIV) main kinds of games were: chovgan, covlan, backgammons, chess, hunting etc. Their names can be met in the works of well-known representatives of the literary heritage. In archaeological researches which were carried out in different territories of Azerbaijan children's toys have been found. In the life of the population games and entertainments were the means of rest. Games are also presented in tiny works.

The state of archaeological culture of Albania in Early Middle Ages is researched in this article. Facts of Christian, lingual and in some degree zoroastrism culture are presented in this article and the Christian and lingual cultures are picked out as independent ones, which don't have their isolated areal and are created by the same ethnos - Albanians. Maskut culture, cultural center of other migrants are revealed, Derbend-Shamakhi local variant of Albanian lingual culture of the epoch of Early Middle Ages is for the first time determined here.]]></description>
